Patient Experience Reviews
Very good experience!
Dr Amin is a wonderful, kind doctor. She's been with me since the beginning. She has explained my options and then we discuss them. I have questions, she answers them in words I can understand. Dr Amin is one of the best doctors I have had.
Dr. Amin, and nurse, ***, we're both wonderful, and very thorough and caring.
I was referred to Dr. Amin *** Dr. Amin was EXCELLENT in every way. ***
Excellent care, concern and assistance from all - from ultrasound screener and radiologist to Dr. Amin. The only reason Dr. Amin was not chosen as my surgeon was the month to wait for surgery.
Dr Amin was so wonderful. She calmed all my nerves and explained in detail all about my upcoming surgery and treatments She is the best
Friendly, respectful, answered any questions I had, would recommend to friends, etc
All of my Doctor experiences at university hospital are great.

Dr. Amin was amazing. Her nurse *** was equally wonderful. I came to this appointment very nervous and afraid for the future. They put me at easy and completely changed my outlook on the situation.
I am so happy that I chose UH for my medical needs. I've had a lot of appointments the past month and I received the best care each time I went. I've been to 4 UH campus's this month and each one was better than the next. The kindness and support I have received is so appreciated.
I was recently diagnosed with *** cancer. Although a I won't be seeing Dr. Amin until after treatment she showed care and empathy during my appointment. She was knowledgeable and showed great care for her patients.
Dr Amin and her Resident were very nice, professional and respectful. Very clear and listened to my mom and my concerns. *****
After leaving the office with my mother, I asked her what she thought of Dr. Amin. She stated Dr. Amin is just fantastic!!! On the other hand, I had no words, being so dumfounded for the very first time in my life of seeing a surgeon! I've never seen anyone like her in my whole life where she was very personable; she's very patient in explaining step-by-step information; she gave her feedback, she has an excellent bedside manner, and above all else, she's so detailed oriented I loved it! It would be so nice to duplicate her! She's absolutely an over-the-top person who really cares about others! In addition to these talents of her job, I saw and heard the confidence she has. I highly recommend Dr. Amin - in fact I already have with someone I met over the phone recently!
Dr Amin and her team are exceptionally good at making me feel heard and important!
The office of Dr. Amin runs like a well oiled machine. The staff is over the top knowledgeable, patient and kind. 10/10 recommend anyone at this office.
Excellent care! One if the best doctors I have ever seen.
Industry Relationships

At UH, we disclose practitioner and their family members’ ownership and intellectual property rights that are or in the process of being commercialized. In addition, we disclose payments to employed practitioners of $5,000 or more from companies with which the practitioners interact as part of their professional activities. These practitioner-industry relationships assist in developing new drugs, devices and therapies and in providing medical education aimed at improving quality of care and enhancing clinical outcomes. At the same time, UH understands that these relationships may create a conflict of interest. In providing this information, UH desires to assist patients in talking with their practitioners about industry relationships and how those relationships may impact their medical care.
UH practitioners seek advance approval for certain new industry relationships. In addition, practitioners report their industry relationships and activities, as well as those of their immediate family members, to the UH Office of Outside Interests annually. We review these reports and implement management plans, as appropriate, to address conflicts of interest that may arise in connection with medical research, clinical care and purchasing decisions.
